Check-in – Any time after 3 PM. Leading up to your stay, we will inform you of your unique code to access the property at your leisure. If you require a check-in time earlier than 3 PM, please contact us in advance.
Check-out – 10 AM
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Gift Certificates issued directly from Chalet Luzern. We do not accept payment in the form of cash or check. View our privacy policy for credit card processing here.
A credit card and $50 deposit are required to hold your reservation.

Excessive cleaning and/or property destruction fees may apply.
CANCELLATION of reservation more than 14 days from stay = no charge. Cancellation within 14 days from stay, no refund if room goes vacant. IF the room can be re-booked the cancellation fee is $50.
No REFUND if cancellation is within 24 hours. Please call to speak personally with Chalet staff to make any cancellations.
Taxes not included in room rates / seasonal & festival rates may vary and / or include multiple night stays.
2-Night minimum stays apply to most Friday and Saturday nights throughout the year.
