Check-in: Any time after 3 PM. Leading up to your stay, we will inform you of your unique code to access the property at your leisure. If you require a check-in time earlier than 3 PM, please contact us in advance.
Check-out: 10 AM
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Gift Certificates issued directly from Chalet Luzern. We do not accept payment in the form of cash or check. View our privacy policy for credit card processing here.
A credit/debit card and $50 deposit are required to hold your reservation.
We are a SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY. No smoking or burning of any substance is permitted inside, on the front porch, or anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee, plus any additional costs or lost revenue due to required cleaning or odor removal.
Excessive cleaning and/or property destruction fees may apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of reservation more than 14 days from stay is no charge and will result in the refund of the initial deposit. Cancellation within 14 days from stay results in no refund if the room goes vacant. If the room can be re-booked, only a $50 cancellation fee is charged (the total of the initial deposit). No refund if cancellation is within 24 hours of the stay. Please call to make any cancellations.
Taxes are not included in room rates. Seasonal & Festival rates may vary.
2-Night minimum stays apply to most Friday and Saturday nights throughout the year.
